HPSS is a GFSI-recognized, FSMA-aligned food safety standard based on the Combined Harmonized Standard from the IFPA’s Produce GAP Harmonization Initiative.
HPSS is available globally for fruit and vegetable and combinable crop producers who supply the US market. Producers can choose HPSS if they require a standard that only addresses food safety.
