Terry Boboige
President
With a strong background in quality management systems from sales to project management to principal, Mr. Boboige brings over 20 years of experience in the certification arena to PJRFSI.
Jennifer Troost
Food Safety Program Manager
Jennifer graduated from Central Michigan University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and will be finishing her master’s degree this summer in Ecology, Evolution, and Organismal Biology from Eastern Michigan University. Her thesis research focuses on microplastic pollution released from southeast Michigan wastewater treatment plants. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys running, kayaking, and spending summers up north with her family.
Brett McMillen
Cannabis and Hemp Division Manager
With over 10 years of experience in the Quality and Regulatory business with the Perry Johnson Family of Companies, Brett has assisted in the development of their Cannabis and Hemp Accreditation and Certification programs. His contributions to the development of their GMP, GAP, Organic, and other Cannabis and Hemp programs have been instrumental given his range of experience witnessing manufacture of products from a wide range of industry areas.
Joel Verke
Commercial Business Manager, Americas
Joel Verke comes to PJRFSI with over a decade of sales, project management, and operations experience. After graduating from the Brown Institute of Radio Broadcasting and earning an Associate’s Degree from the University of South Dakota, Joel spent 17 years on the air in radio broadcasting, 10 years in commercial voice-overs and production, and another six years in minor-league hockey partnerships.
Charlotte Runyon
Organic Certification Project Manager
Charlotte Runyon comes to PJRFSI with 15 years of customer service experience and 10 years of management experience. She holds an Associate’s degree in Applied Sciences from Baker College as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Administration with a minor in Project Management. She is married with three children, and enjoys gardening and going on adventures with her kids.
Chris Reno
Commercial Business Manager, Americas
Chris Reno joins the PJRFSI team with 20 years of experience in the food/beverage and hospitality industries. Based out of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Chris holds a bachelors degree from the University of Arkansas and is a board member of the Arkansas Association of Food Protection as well as a committee member for the Standards Council of Canada. In his free time, he is an avid fly fisherman.
Holly Swarthout
Food Safety Program Coordinator
Holly graduated with a Bachelors in History from Albion College. While in school she studied abroad in London, and was previously a contractor with the Kellogg Company.
Crystal Reardon
Strategic Account Manager
Crystal Reardon joins PJRFSI as our new Strategic Account Manager after having worked for 15 years with PJR’s Scheduling Department. Crystal holds a BFA from Eastern Michigan University and enjoys spending time camping with her husband of 10 years and their sons, aged 8 and 5, as well as crafting and watching her favorite shows.
Heather Kyle
Food Safety Sales Coordinator
Heather Kyle joined the PJRFSI team in November 2018 as our Food Safety Sales Coordinator after previously working as a receptionist. A great asset in planning for tradeshows and other events, Heather enjoys camping, is a mother of two with her husband, an RN, and has three dogs.
Nina Haddad
Audit Program Coordinator
Nina Haddad was born and raised in Lebanon, and graduated from a French Catholic school there before moving to the United States. After two years of general college studies, Nina worked in customer service for an international telecommunications firm for 15 years as a company liaison. In that time, she coordinated outreach marketing events, led event planning committees, and hosted events in the US and Canada. Her multilingual abilities in French, Arabic, and English enabled her to translate contracts and other critical documents throughout. Nina has been with the Perry Johnson Companies since June 2018 as an Audit Program Coordinator.
Kelly Hillman
Food Safety Business Logistics Manager
Kelly has joined the team as the Business Logistics Manager after working with a variety of departments at PJR. She comes from a background of office administration and customer service. Kelly is completing a B.S. in Biology and with a minor in Environmental Sciences. When not at work, she spends her time camping, backcountry backpacking, and exploring various state and national parks.

PJRFSI auditors are located throughout the United States with backgrounds as diverse as the States in which they reside. We pride ourselves on the combined experience that our auditing staff brings to the food safety program. Highly qualified they show loyalty and passion for this industry by having worked at regulatory bodies like the USDA or nationally recognized food production facilities for multiple years.
