Training Course Objectives:
The Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) is an organization tasked with benchmarking the various food safety standards and harmonizing these standards to provide continuous improvement in food safety management systems to ensure confidence in the delivery of safe food to consumers worldwide. The management board of GFSI is drawn from major global retailers, manufacturers and food service operators around the globe.
The food safety management system is metamorphosed into a more mature system. Manufacturers and suppliers of food products have a variety of options with regard to the food safety standard to choose from and get certified. This training course will guide the participants to choose the right standard to choose from the GFSI benchmarked food safety standards for their organizations.
The trainer will explain the pros and cons of the various GFSI benchmarked food safety standards. This interactive training will provide the details pertaining to the content and nature of the standards, cost of implementation and integration with other management system standards. The participants, after the training will be able to select the right food safety standard for their organization.

Pre-requisite for the Participants:
Basic knowledge of the current food safety management systems.
The training can be organized on-site and off-site; a minimum of 10 participants are required. A certificate of attendance will be provided.
