FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Overview (PCQI)

This is a two and a half day, instructor-led course including class, individual, and team exercises. Using FDA-recognized materials, our FSPCA-trained lead instructors will prepare you to meet the new FSMA PCQI requirement at your FDA-registered food facility. After the course you will learn to develop and apply risk-based PCQI training for preventive controls that meet FSMA’s requirements for a complete food safety system.

- Others responsible for overseeing their company’s Food Safety Plan
Relevant experience in agriculture, food processing, warehousing, distribution, packaging and similar.
